Where we deliver

We're in Auckland, so that's where most of our deliveries go. We can courier further around New Zealand too. You'll see the options for your address at checkout.

Bagels

Bagels are fresh, so we time them carefully. We usually send them out within a few days of your order, and we don't dispatch them to sit in the courier network over a weekend, so an order late in the week may go out the following week. Courier delivery usually takes 1–4 working days after dispatch, depending on where you are. Rural and remote addresses can take longer. Freeze any you won't eat straight away.

Coffee

We courier coffee once your order is ready. Courier delivery usually takes 1–4 working days after dispatch.

Vouchers

GG vouchers are emailed, to you or to whoever you're shouting, on the date you choose.

Delivery costs

• Local delivery within about 10 km of our Eden Terrace café: free on orders of $50 or more
• Local delivery from about 10 km to 50 km: $6.50
• Everywhere else in New Zealand: $11
• Pickup from 2A New North Road, Eden Terrace: free. Usually ready in 2–4 days.

If something's not right

If your order arrives damaged, stale or not what you ordered, email hello@goodnessgracious.co.nz as soon as you can with your order number (a photo helps) and we'll put it right with a replacement or a refund.
