Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy from goodnessgracious.co.nz. The shop is operated by Greater Good Hospitality Group Limited (NZBN 9429047436763), 2A New North Road, Eden Terrace, Auckland 1021 ("we", "us").
Prices and payment
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. One-off orders are paid when you order. Subscriptions are charged on each billing date, as set out in our Subscription policy.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when we email you a confirmation. If we can't supply something, or a price or description is obviously wrong, we'll contact you and may cancel that item and give you a full refund.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup work as described in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates. Once your order is delivered to the address you gave us, or collected, it's your responsibility.
Fresh food and allergies
Bagels are best fresh. Freeze any you won't eat straight away. Our kitchens handle common allergens. If you have an allergy, ask us before ordering.
Vouchers, refunds and subscriptions
These are covered by our Refunds and returns policy and our Subscription policy.
This website
The words, photos and designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
Our responsibility
We'll supply what you order with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Your information
We handle personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms on this site when you place an order apply to that order.
Law
New Zealand law applies to these terms.
